Honorary donors of Russia were awarded in Krasnoyarsk

Honorary donors of Russia, representatives of labor collectives, public organizations, specialists of the Blood Service took part in the solemn ceremony.
Warm parting words were heard from invited guests - Sergey Ivanov, Chairman of the Chamber of Organizations in the field of demographic and social development of the Civil Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Vladimir Shastin, Head of the Resource Center for Donation in the Siberian Federal District, Viktor Paulin, Chairman of the Public Coordinating Council for Donation, veterans of the donor movement, Honorary Russian donors Vladimir Bondarchik, Viktor Bukatin, Anton Kolesnev and Vera Grishina. Natalya Malashchuk, the chairman of the regional branch of the public-state organization "Women’s Union of Russia" congratulated the donors on receiving the high award.
«Every woman dreams of a healthy family – healthy children, a healthy husband, healthy parents. From these values grows such a capacious and multifaceted concept as the Health of Russia - economic, political, spiritual, physical, social. What it is now and what it will be tomorrow depends on each of us. And it is no coincidence that the motto of the donor movement in 2022 is “Cultural code of donation”. It is necessary to popularize a healthy lifestyle and the culture of this state-important cause - the formation of a resource for saving human lives. I sincerely wish all donors health, faith in themselves and in their service to the public interest! Let there be as many saved lives as possible!» - Natalya Malashchuk noted in her speech.
Daria Sidorenko, Consultant of the Department of Youth Initiatives and Development of Volunteer Activities of the Agency for Youth Policy and Implementation of Social Development Programs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, presented Letters of Appreciation to young honorary donors. Andrey Sharov, Deputy Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia, in his speech noted the contribution to the development of gratuitous donation of workers in the engineering industry, awarded a high title.
In the final part of the solemn event, Alexander Polees, deputy chief physician of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Blood Center No. 1, presented 17 Krasnoyarsk residents with badges “Honorary Donor of Russia”, letters of thanks for their contribution to the development of the donor movement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and memorable souvenirs. The concert program was performed by young musicians of the Children's Music School No. 1 and teachers of the Siberian State Institute of Art named after Dmitry Hvorostovsky. After the awards ceremony, the staff of the Art Museum held a tour of the exhibition halls for donors.
The event was held within the framework of the All-Russian social project “#BLOODDONATIONOFRUSSIA: cultural code. Expanding the boundaries of donation”. The project is being implemented in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2022-2023. Krasnoyarsk Regional Blood Center No. 1 and the Donation Resource Center in the Siberian Federal District, together with the partner of the regional Blood Service - the National Health Fund with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund. The main goal of the project is to draw attention to the constant need for donated blood and its components using creative formats, replenish regional blood banks and improve the quality of life, save people's health.
