The project of the regional Blood Service "The path of the donor from volunteering to mentoring" was launched in the Teacher Year in the Penza region

Mentoring in donation will help attract more people from the region.

The press service of the regional Ministry of Health explained that the project will organize information and educational platforms on blood and bone marrow donation, donor sessions with the participation of residents of the Penza region, creative competitions, donation lessons and excursions for schoolchildren, master classes and trainings for volunteers and mentors of the donor movement. The Blood Service Volunteer School will continue its work.

«The Penza Regional Blood Clinical Center will create a unified information platform for volunteers and mentors of the donor movement, which will allow the exchange of experience in organizing educational and donor events, get acquainted with the best practices of mentoring, develop new formats for interaction with the audience, and also find like-minded people in the field of donation blood and bone marrow,» - Tatyana Krylova, head physician of the Penza Regional Clinical Blood Center.
