DONATION CAN BECOME A COMPONENT OF CORPORATE CULTURE.
THE DONOR'S DAY IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE SPIRITUAL TEAM BUILDING OF THE COMPANY (TEAM-BUILDING). NOTHING SO BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER IN A WORK TEAM, AS A GOOD DEED.

Donation is an opportunity to show social responsibility.

Organization of the Days of the donor at enterprises can become the basis of the policy of corporate social responsibility of the company. Not in words, but in fact a company, institution or organization can realize a real social project, unconditionally supported in the corporate community, among customers and partners, as well as at the state level.

Areas of cooperation:

Collective (corporate) donation — involves the participation of a company, enterprise or institution in the organization and holding of donor days on its territory with the help of a blood brigade of the Blood Service or organized blood donation by company employees at the Blood Service establishment.
Participation in the implementation of a complex of communication initiatives for the development of voluntary blood donation.
Support for both the communication program and the program to equip the USC with non-medical equipment.
Provision of its communication channels (including not standard ones - tickets, letterheads, packages, packaging, etc.) for promoting the Program.

The organization of collective (corporate) Days of the donor is carried out in 2 ways:

Day of the donor in the territory of your organization
organized delivery of blood by staff in the establishment of the Blood Service

Day of the donor in the organization

Day of the donor in the organization is conducted by the visiting brigade of the establishment of the Blood Service. To conduct the Day of the donor it is necessary to provide a spacious ventilated room for the work of doctors.

It is also possible to leave the mobile blood preparation complex.

The exit brigade is ready to work if the number of donors is from 30 people. Several brigades can work simultaneously.

The Blood Service takes care of all organizational support for the event.

Employees who donate blood are given souvenirs provided by the Blood Service. As for the date of the event - there are possible options, depending on the desire of the company and the schedule of the Blood Service.

Delivery of blood by the organization's staff in the establishment of the Blood Service

To conduct such a campaign, it is necessary that the personnel of the company who is ready to donate blood visit the local Blood Service institution in a day agreed in advance with the USC staff.

Participation in the communication campaign

To become a partner of the Blood Service and support the State Program for the development of a mass donated blood donation and its components can any company that shares values of solidarity and social responsibility.

Possible ways of cooperation:

conducting at your enterprise (in the organization) work on informing about donated blood and its components and developing motivational programs for employees who regularly donate blood or its components;
development and implementation of bonus, accumulative, discount or other programs for your retail customers who are donors;
information support (sponsorship) of the mass donation development program;
other forms of supporting voluntary blood donation or raising the status of donors.
