Donor teambuilding in the Center for Contemporary Art

The first master class of the Creative School Leader series for organizers and volunteers of the Moscow donor movement was held on March 18, 2022 at the Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art, the topic was teamwork and communication.

Organizers of donation from 10 universities, the All-Russian Public Movement, the social center and the institution of the Blood Service not only built the "Best City on Earth" in the business game, but also went on a special tour of the "Winzavod".

“At the master class, participants learned in practice how to form a team and what tools are effective for its well-coordinated work with the help of interactive, special tasks; together we built a city of dreams, learned to negotiate with each other. We also formed a portrait of an ideal team and identified the main qualities that need to be developed in order to be a cohesive team. In addition, we reminded the organizers of the donor movement what resources the NRHF can provide for them to ensure that the Moscow donor movement develops as efficiently as possible. The construction of the "city of dreams" helped us to offer ideas for how we can interact and help each other. Despite the fact that we are all different, we think the same way and move in the same direction in the development of blood donation” - Elena Stefanyuk, Director of the National Health Development Fund, Deputy Chairman of the Coordinating Council for Blood Donation at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Such teambuilding are an invaluable resource and new opportunities for creating further work on the development of blood donation and its components, bone marrow donation in Moscow: all the participants were unanimous in this.

Also on this day, the first excursions of the cycle “Routes of the donor. Unusual Moscow” took place: the participants in a free format toured the exhibition halls of “Winzavod”, together with the guide plunged into the historical past of “Winzavod”, associated with the production of beer and wine, and into modern life in art, in which over the past 13 years “Winzavod” occupies a leading position: the former princely estate, then the brewery, changed several owners, survived wars and revolutions to become one of the first centers of contemporary art in Russia in the 21st century.

The “Creative School Leader” will continue in 2022 with classes on the topics “Personal Efficiency”, “Mentoring”, and each will be held in one of the creative spaces in Moscow. Participation in all events, as well as excursions “Routes of the donor. Unusual Moscow” is free, registration for events is announced in advance on the websites nfrz.ru, spasibodonor.ru and in social networks.

The events are held within the framework of the implementation of the social project of the NFRZ “Creative donation. Volunteer initiatives to support blood donation” with the support of the Moscow Department of Labor and Social Protection.
