25.06.25
The Head of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency, Veronika Skvortsova; the General Director of the Institute for the Development of Managerial and Social Initiatives "Vertical", Ivan Efremov; and the Chair of the "Elbrus" Club of Leaders of Russia, Tatyana Dyakonova, signed a trilateral cooperation agreement.

Under this agreement, the parties will join efforts to:

- Promote the donor movement within society

- Develop intellectual volunteering in the healthcare sector

- Create effective strategies for advancing blood donation as a socially significant cause

- Discuss and develop legislative initiatives to support and expand the donor movement at all levels of government

- Support internal dialogue between the state, business, and civil society institutions to disseminate best educational practices in public health

- Engage winners and finalists of the “Leaders of Russia” competition, participants in national talent pool programs, and winners of the “Leaders of Revival” and “Leaders of Russia: Politics” competitions in socially impactful projects

“We actively engage with the 'Leaders of Russia' community and are truly inspired by your success, not just in your professional achievements, but in your personal growth. You are becoming integrators, building social communities around you. This combination of factors makes you leaders and keeps you there.

The Federal Medical-Biological Agency is the coordinator and operator of the national Blood Service. Blood donation carries a profound moral and educational role. It is about compassion, about giving a part of oneself to save another person’s life. You fully understand the strategic importance of this mission and are making meaningful contributions to its advancement. For that, we thank you deeply,” said Veronika Skvortsova.

Tatyana Dyakonova expressed her gratitude to Veronika Skvortsova for her mentorship:

“For the ‘Elbrus’ Club of Leaders of Russia, it is incredibly valuable to have such an experienced mentor as the Head of FMBA. It is important to us that we can pass on the knowledge and experience gained from you to the younger generation. FMBA and Elbrus are united by something fundamental to our national identity - a shared desire and ability to help others, to give and share. Today’s agreement marks an important step in taking our cooperation to a new level.”

The event concluded with a special awards ceremony recognizing active participants in the “Leaders-Donors” volunteer project. They were honored with certificates of appreciation from the FMBA of Russia for their efforts in promoting the donor movement and advancing intellectual volunteering in society.
