Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government took part in the donor campaign of the Blood Center of the FMBA of Russia

Vladislav Viktorovich, winner of the “Leaders of Russia” competition, who recently took the post of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic, regularly attends events of the “Leaders-Donors” project to make donations.
“My dad is a doctor who has been donating blood for more than 45 years. I recently found out that he always did it for free, and when I asked: where is the title of “Honorary Donor,” he simply answered: why do I need it? Likewise, I have been donating blood for several years now. We held many events with “Donor Leaders” and such events have become a good habit. There is only one motivation – the desire to help others. Sincere gratitude to everyone who is not indifferent and participates in this good cause, and of course to the Blood Center of the FMBA of Russia for the warm welcome of our entire team,” shared Vladislav Vasiliev.
The final event of 2023 was organized by the author of the “Leaders-Donors” project, super-finalist of the management competition, Alexey Kubrak.
“Currently, for the sustainable development of our country, the formation of civic responsibility and the popularization of volunteer activities, of which blood donation has become an integral part, are relevant. We, as a community of Russian Leaders, cannot stand aside. This year alone, more than 150 participants of “Donor Leaders” made donations in 10 regions of the country as part of our actions. In addition, community members make independent donations and motivate the society by their example. No less important work is being done in terms of informing and popularizing donation: these include lectures within the “Territory of Meanings”, discussions at various platforms, assistance in holding the bone marrow donation marathon “Let’s Join!” and the establishment of regional insignia,” said Alexey Kubrak.
The finalist of the “Healthcare” track of the fifth season of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition, Amina Salpagarova, helps in carrying out the “Leaders-Donors” campaigns and acts as a donor herself. Amina is a surgeon, chief specialist of the Central Research Institute of Organization and Informatization of Health Care of the Russian Ministry of Health. In 2022, she went to Donbass as part of a team of volunteers. She worked at the regional clinical hospital named after M.I. Kalinin, at the Republican Trauma Center.
“In addition to being a surgeon, I am also a doctor-organizer. Therefore, I am interested in helping systematically not only in healthcare, but also in conducting “Leader-Donor” campaigns,” notes Amina Salpagarova.
“Today another donor event of the Leaders of Russia is taking place within the walls of the Blood Center of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency. We thank the Donor Leaders project for developing the direction and popularizing donation. We hope that the participants in the project and regular events will become an example for young people throughout our country,” said Olga Makedonskaya, acting director of the Blood Center of the FMBA of Russia.
The volunteer project “Donor Leaders” has been working for more than three years to popularize the donation of blood, its components and bone marrow with the constant organizational and methodological support of the Blood Center of the FMBA of Russia.
