Pension fund hold the «The day of the blood donor» event

There is a great tradition in Oryol city and Oryol region Pension Fund administration: once a year to do important and good deed – to donate blood.

Last year, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation celebrated 25 years since the formation of the organization. In this regard, Oryol Region Pension Fund carried out an event: «25 good causes for the 25th anniversary». Each of the 24 departments, and main office did one good deed. The Oryol region department hold «Blood Donor Day».

The staff enjoyed the event so much that they decided to repeat it this year. On Thursday, October 6 in Oryol city, staff members could donate blood at the mobile blood transfusion station.

«A lot of companies have their own traditions, joint activities, – said Elena Vladimirovna Abramova, the head of Administration office of the Oryol city and Oryol region Fund. – We decided that the blood donation day once a year would be one of the traditions of our office. First of all, this is a really good deed, and secondly, this will help to consolidate the corporative spirit».

55 people donated blood that day.
